Placing Your Order
• We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, there may be variations in colour due to different monitor display settings.
• Please allow for 0-1 inch variance in product measurements.
• To ensure availability of all our products, customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.
• All purchases are final. Once you have paid for your order, you will no longer be able to amend or cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final unless wrong or defective goods are received. Sale items not eligible for refund or exchange.
• In the event of wrong/defective goods, please contact us at email@example.com or contact us at 012 8750899 / 03-58879035 within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our staff will advise you on the next steps to be taken.
• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached within seven (7) days of receiving the goods.
• Customers may opt for a refund in the form of store credit, or exchange for another item. In the event that the item is of a higher value, the customer will have to top up the balance.
• Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange requests failing to meet our requirements.
• We are shipping with Pos Laju / DHL Deliveries to Malaysia is free of charge.
• We are not responsible for lost/damaged parcels. Any claims will have to be made with the postal service provider and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail once parcels have been shipped.
