04. RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
1. Returns for change in size are accepted, changes for style or colour are not accepted. 2. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. 4. Customers may opt for a refund in the form of store credit, or exchange for another item. In the event that the item is of a higher value, the customer will have to top up the balance. 5. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange requests failing to meet our requirements. 6. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
